We are holding our first open day for current and potential wholesale customers.
We have partnered up with Neal's Yard Dairy for a day of cheese, dairy products and wines. This is an opportunity for restaurants, cafes and bars in Manchester to learn about what we do, demonstrate the styles and quality of the cheese we sell and look at how we might be able to help your business.
We will be joined by 7 great cheesemakers giving you the opportunity to talk about what they do, how they run their farms and dairies and, most importantly, taste their cheese.
Reserve Wines will also be joining us so you can learn about what is in for summer.
We extend a welcome to chef's, restaurant mangers, front-of-house and kitchen staff and anyone who works in hospitality who'd like to learn more about cheese or what we do.
